DRY FREIGHT CONTAINERS – 20′DV – STANDARD
The 20-foot dry container (20’DV, 20’DC, 8’6″, 20 Foot) is the most widespread container type.
It is used for general cargo that fits within standard dimensions and does not require special transport conditions.
Its rectangular corrugated steel structure includes doors on one end, and most 20-foot containers have wooden flooring inside.
20’DV containers are suitable for sea, road, rail, and air transport.
Loading and unloading operations are quick and efficient, and no special site or warehouse improvements are required.
HIGH CUBE DRY FREIGHT CONTAINERS – 20′HC
The 20-foot High Cube container (20’HC, 9’6”) is a taller version of the standard 20-foot container, increased in height by one foot (approx. 30 cm).
In many cases, using high cube containers allows for more efficient loading, which can significantly reduce transportation costs by optimizing cargo volume per shipment.
